Kryssa Cooper joined the Clemson Family in June and has wasted little time in jumping right into the action. Cooper, an independent development professional in California for a number of different ventures prior to joining Student Affairs, manages divisional sponsorship opportunities in collaboration with Total Campus Marketing.

Cooper most recently served as a brand strategist for the San Diego International Film Festival. Prior to her time in California, she lived in the Southeast, highlighted by 11 years working various positions for Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, Georgia.

In this week’s podcast, Cooper speaks extensively about her role as sponsorship coordinator, the types of programs and events attracting sponsorship opportunities within Student Affairs, as well as the biggest challenges she faces in the new role. We even discussed her excitement level for the upcoming Clemson football season.
