The Clemson Alumni Association is now accepting nominations for the 2021 Distinguished Service Award. This prestigious award is the highest honor that the Association can bestow upon an alumnus or alumna, and is given to those former students who have not only devoted their life to professionalism and public service but who have also demonstrated a lifelong dedication to Clemson University.

The Distinguished Service Award is based upon three main criteria – dedication and service to Clemson University; personal and professional accomplishments; and devotion to one’s community and public service.

Through a competitive nomination process, members of the Clemson family may promote and support those who have given back in many ways and who deserve the honor of being recognized by the Alumni Association and their alma mater.

To submit a nomination, please complete the official nomination form by the submission deadline of 4:30 pm on Friday, July 31st. Only nominations submitted through the official online form will be accepted.

Please note that a minimum of three accompanying letters of supports are required for each nomination, one of which must be from the nominator. Resumes, if readily available, may also be included as supporting documentation. Each submission must not exceed ten total pages, which includes the official nomination form itself (generally 3-4 pages).
