Campus Recreation is posting resources online to help faculty and staff exercise without leaving their homes due to COVID-19 concerns.

The Virtual Fitness routines are online at

They include:

  • A Facebook page with instructions for such routines as the Home Workout Series, which has eight exercises that require no equipment;
  • An Instagram account with additional content; and
  • A related Twitter

As an added bonus, Campus Recreation is providing free access to Les Mills on demand with 95 videos showing a variety of workout routines
