The first Clemson History in Plain Sight event will be held on Bowman Field from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14. The event will feature a talk by Class of 1995 alumnus Eric Young, a descendant of Thomas Fruster and Frances “Fannie” Benson-Fruster, who were both slaves and workers of school founder Thomas Green Clemson.
