Leadership is in this Tiger’s blood. As early as high school, she refined her leadership and teamwork skills as captain of her high school track team. She made sure players were focused, had the right mindset and exhibited a superior level of effort. As a professional, she used what she learned in high school and college to develop those skills in Clemson athletes and now, as head of the President’s Leadership Institute, she seeks to identify, refine and nurture leadership skills in faculty and staff.
