Clemson University employees may now reserve an appointment time for a comprehensive physical exam at the Joseph F. Sullivan Center throughout October and November. The physical is $50, and only 50 slots are available.

The physical includes a comprehensive health history, a physical exam including vision and hearing testing, urinalysis and hemoglobin, CU4Health labs, and an assessment of all major systems. CU4Health labs include cholesterol, CBC and kidney function. Men will receive a prostate exam and women will receive a pelvic exam.

To reserve your appointment slot, call the Sullivan Center at (864) 656-3076.

Employees may also request a Sullivan Center provider to come to their building on campus to provide flu shots to a group by emailing CUWell@clemson.edu. The shots are free to those covered by the State Health Plan. Anyone who is covered by the plan, including dependents, may receive the onsite flu shots as well.

Located on the first floor of Edwards Hall on the Clemson campus, the Joseph F. Sullivan Center is a nurse-managed health center that provides health services to Clemson employees, and community outreach programs to rural and underserved communities and individuals. The Sullivan Center is part of Clemson’s College of Health, Education and Human Development.
