Clemson University police charge man with financial card theft
CLEMSON — Clemson University police arrested an Anderson man Tuesday for use of a stolen credit card.
Police charged Corey Delaine Bridges, 30, with financial transaction card theft, a felony. He is not a Clemson student or employee.
The arrest came in connection with the theft of a credit card from a locker at Fike Recreation Center on campus in April 2014. The card was used for more than $1,200 in purchases at local businesses.
Bridges was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
